I will never sell, give or release your name, address,
telephone number, e-mail address or other personal 
information to any other party or organization.


Payment Information:

Payment must be made in full before merchandise will be 
	shipped.
All prices and payments are in US Dollars.
I accept payment by PayPal, Bank Check, Money Orders 
	or Personal Check.
If payments is with a Personal Check, there will be 
	a delay in shipping while your check clears.



Order Form:

1.  Just fill in the blanks on the order form with your 
information and click on the submit button.  I will process 
your order within 24 hours and e-mail you with the total 
including shipping and handling costs.  If you are a New York 
State resident, you will be charged sales tax for your county.
2.  I ship by USPS, the cost will be based on the weight 
of your package. You will be given a choice of First Class, 
Priority Mail or Media Mail if aplicable.
3.  Special Instructions:  Please add any additional 
instructions or comments in the box provided on the order 
form. (ie: If this is a gift, I will wrap the package 
accordingly, so please be specfic as to the occastion.)
4.  If the Order Form will not work for you or if you do 
not feel comfortable using it, you may e-mail or phone
